How to water
All Kokedamas come with care instructions. The Kokedama should be submerged in water for 5-10 minutes every 2 weeks. DO NOT leave it sitting in water for longer than this. Not sure?- use the fail safe way to submerge the entire ball and hold it under water until there are no bubbles visible. Frequency of watering depends on your home environment. Smaller plants need more frequent watering.
Shipping
We only use USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service, Priority Mail Express next day or FedEx 3 day Express shipping Monday thru Tuesday to avoid your Kokedama being unattended for long periods of time. If shipping delivery is within Virginia we can ship up to Wednesday. Live plants should be taken out of the box immediately upon arrival. We only ship healthy plants. We are not responsible for handling issues nor delays, but are here to guide you through plant issues after arrival.
